Quiet environment. A convenient location. Walking distance to Novena Mrt station and shopping malls within 10mins. No hot afternoon sun entering the living room / master bedroom.

The whole unit looks old. When you dropped something on the floor, you will not be able to find it cause the colour and pattern of the tiles. :') Kitchen...

Living with an elderly, so I was occasionally concerned about causing disturbance

Very good location, walking distance to mrt and shopping mall. There's 2 bus stops at both side gates of the condo that has many bus services which is very convenient...

The common area in the house can be rather dirty if the housemates aren't concern about cleanliness or the cleaner did not turn up for cleaning for the week itself.
